Reservation Confirmations, Deposit and Guarantee Policy:

Reservation confirmations will be faxed or emailed as desired by the customer. A valid credit card, active for the duration of the stay, is required to hold the room.

Cancellations and Charges:

You may cancel until 6:00 PM on the day of arrival. If the guest does not cancel the reservation before 6:00 PM the room will be released for the duration of the stay and the guest will be charged on night’s stay.

Hotel Information:

Hotel information is available on the website or the guest may call the front desk. The front desk will try to answer any questions; or direct the guest to the proper department in the event they are unable to answer the question.

Special Services:

If there are any special services that are not described on the website, the guest should call to see what arrangements, if any, can be made to accommodate the guest.

Rates:

Rates are available on the website or may be obtained by calling the front desk. Rates may vary depending upon a variety of factors.

Availability:

Availability is based upon those rooms available for sale at the time of the inquiry.

Early Check-In:

Early check-in should be requested via phone, email or the internet booking engine. It should be confirmed before arrival.

Payments and Other Charges:

The following major credit cards are accepted: American Express, Master Card, Visa, Discover, and Diners Card.

Cash payment is acceptable but a valid credit card must be on file.

Payment by check is available with a valid driver’s license and a valid credit card on file.
